President

Linda founded Resources for Learning (RFL) in 1998 to carry out her vision of schools that meet the needs of all students, especially those traditionally underserved by K-12 education.

Caryn Cavanagh, MS

Director of Professional Development and Curriculum

In 2012, Caryn joined Resources for Learning where her primary responsibilities include leading curriculum and professional learning initiatives.

Amy Guadagnoli, BFA

Director of Creative Services

As Director of Creative Services at RFL, Amy specializes in graphic design, web development, interactive media design, and video production.

Judy Jennings, PhD

As Senior Consultant, Judy is responsible for design and implementation of evaluation projects, development of classroom assessments, survey design and analysis, quantitative data analyses, and report contribution.

Lisa V. McCulley, PhD

Lisa’s responsibilities include managing multiple projects involving evaluation and data analysis, developing evaluation frameworks for complex initiatives, and analyzing and interpreting mixed- and multi-method results.

Shelley Riedel, MS

Director of Strategy and Systems

Shelley is currently the project manager for the Texas ACE Quality Assurance Process (QAP) team. She specializes in the development and implementation of large-scale assessment systems and instruments; data management, analysis, and interpretation; and reporting solutions.

Keyana Miller, MEd

Project Assistant

Since joining Resources for Learning (RFL) in 2021, Keyana has assisted in educator training and presentation development, professional learning design, curriculum development, project planning and execution, and survey development and analysis.

Alison Reis-Khanna, MA

Project Manager

Alison joined Resources for Learning (RFL) 2021 and in that time has developed a direct services model for providing technical assistance (TA).

Jamie Molina, MS

When Jamie joined Resources for Learning (RFL) in February 2022, she brought her highly specialized knowledge in career and technical education (CTE) to plan, research, design, develop, and assess professional learning that uses innovative strategies aligned with principles of adult learning.

Stephanie Ferguson, EdD

Stephanie has more than 30 years in public school administration and teaching with a focus on researching, monitoring, and analyzing local, regional, and state data to support informed decision-making and developing community partnerships that are focused on preparing students for postsecondary success. She joined Resources for Learning (RFL) in August 2023 where she is using her expertise to support CTE-related projects.

Lynn Hernandez, MEd

Lynn is a seasoned Career and Technical Education (CTE) Specialist recognized for her expertise in program implementation, curriculum design, STEM education, and project-based learning. Having joined Resources for Learning (RFL) in August 2023, she applies her extensive knowledge in the planning, research, design, development, and evaluation of professional learning initiatives.

Kyle English, MEd

Research Scientist

Kyle joined RFL in December 2023. His work at RFL to date has centered on developing classroom observation tools and survey instruments, designing quantitative analyses to examine the effects of implementing specialized curricula, and scheduling large-scale classroom observations across multiple sites.
