As Director of Creative Services at RFL, Amy specializes in graphic design, web development, interactive media design, and video production.

Judy Jennings, PhD

As Senior Consultant, Judy is responsible for design and implementation of evaluation projects, development of classroom assessments, survey design and analysis, quantitative data analyses, and report contribution.

Shelley Riedel is the managing director of operations for RFL, overseeing the implementation of efficient systems and processes to support the cooperative’s mission and growth. With extensive experience in operational management, project execution, and process optimization, Shelley specializes in streamlining workflows, enhancing organizational efficiency, and ensuring the quality of RFL's project deliverables.

Alison Reis-Khanna, MA

Alison Reis-Khanna is the managing director of business development for RFL, where she leads business development efforts to drive sustainable growth for the organization and maximize impact for our clients and partners. With 20 years of experience in fundraising, project management, and strategic partnerships, Alison specializes in securing funding, fostering collaborations, and implementing strategic initiatives that strengthen the cooperative’s mission.

Stephanie Ferguson, EdD

Stephanie has more than 30 years in public school administration and teaching with a focus on researching, monitoring, and analyzing local, regional, and state data to support informed decision-making and developing community partnerships that are focused on preparing students for postsecondary success. She joined Resources for Learning (RFL) in August 2023 where she is using her expertise to support CTE-related projects.

Gloria Stout, PhD

Research Scientist

Gloria joined Resources for Learning (RFL) part time in June 2024. She switched to full-time in September 2024. Her responsibilities include assisting diverse research projects, developing comprehensive evaluation frameworks, and conducting in-depth data analyses. Gloria's expertise encompasses program evaluation, mixed-methods research, and large-scale data analysis. Gloria is proficient in SPSS, R, Mplus, Stata, and Dedoose, with strong data visualization and problem-solving skills.

Amber joined Resources for Learning (RFL) as a Career and Technical Education (CTE) Specialist in November 2024. Amber's leadership in CTE extends beyond the classroom, shaping district and statewide initiatives that bridge education and industry.
